Lovely painting. What minis are they, please, and what system have you based them for?
The miniatures are 40mm Sash and Saber (on the link list) except for the Tower Hamlets regiment which are Romanovs available from Sash and Saber. I use Clarence Henderson's "Victory Without Quarter" rules available from his "Quindia" website (also in "links")
They are a really great set particularly for solo play and I've worked up a quick reference sheet for the game as well as initiative cards, event tokens and such...so you could say it's my weapon of choice for ECW.
Ahh, they are lovely minis; the 40mm explains why I didn't recognise them. I've seen the Victory Without Quarter rules, they looked rather promising.
Alll my mates are going ECW this year. I've managed to resist so far, but fear it is only a matter of time...

Yes ECW is pretty compelling stuff and I'm finding that 40mm is great for capturing that additional measure of character that makes the period so interesting.
...and its encouraging to see the new plastic coming out for ECW as well.
I'm not as excited by the plastic, as the bigger 28mm ranges; Renegade and Bicorne. But those 40mm's look great, and if I was going to do ECW just by myself (and could afford what must be a considerable outlay in lead), I reckon I'd be going that way!
Actually, Sash and Saber works out a bit cheaper than many of the 28mm lines. I can get 20 foot for $40 USD, that's about the same per figure as something like a "Crusader" or Renegade 28mm.
Over here the Renegade are really cheap now; 50p (c70c US). The S&S 40mm figures are £35 for 20 (£1.75 each or more than 3 times as much), so I would have to go for the smaller minis.
If money was no object I'd go for the bigger minis. But I'm window shopping in any case, as I have to stick with my ancients!
And BTW your Ancients are really nice!
